Pharmaceuticals Announces Relocation to New Corporate Headquarters

Blue Bell, PA – May 1, 2005 –
VGX Pharmaceuticals announced today that it has relocated to a new office
and laboratory facility in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. The company was formerly
located within the University of Pennsylvania’s Science Center complex
in Philadelphia.
The move signifies another important step in the continued growth of the
company. The new facility provides additional space to accommodate the
continued expansion of both its corporate and research and development
staffs.
Commenting on the move, the company’s President and Chief Executive
Officer, Dr. J. Joseph Kim said, “The expanded facilities at our
new headquarters in Blue Bell is considered to be an important milestone
and critical component in the continued achievement of our plans for the
growth of the company.”
