GMP manufacturing of the product for Phase I clinical studies.
The pre-clinical animal toxicology studies are underway.
Pre-clinical efficacy studies have shown that direct injection
of VGX-150 in mouse models of melanoma leads to eradication
of tumors (Molecular Therapy, 2006). |
